0165(2)(a): Kitchen: a marble accessible to child care children (both children in care were under 24 months) 0165(2)(c): Kitchen: In the pantry apliance cords are accessible to child care children and on the counter charger cables were accessible to child care children. 0165(2)(d): Kitchen: plastic bags in drawer accessible to child care children. Outside a plastic bag was accessible to child care children. 0165(3)(c): Kitchen: Backsplash is in poor condition missing tiles and exposing the drywall. 0165(3)(f): Playroom: cubbies were not secure to the wall. 0165(4)(e): Water temperature 121 degrees. 0165(5)(b): Kitchen: two electrical outlets near the sink are not GFCI. Dispute Description: Marble was brought from home by one of the kids and I notified the parents to not let them bring back any small toys from home. Appliance cords and plastic bags are safely stored on a high shelf in the pantry under lock and key. Backsplash has been attached to the kitchen wall properly and sink electric outlets have been coveted completely. Cubbies are secured to the wall and water temperature is down to 118 degrees.
